We offer a bespoke design service which means that you can now achieve the exact size and style of stable you require. Our products range from single Stable Doors, Stable Fronts, Stable Dividers, Internal Stables, Field Shelters, Equine Stocks, External back-to-back stable blocks to American Barns. We also offer accessories such as removable anti-weave grilles, inbuilt Hayracks, Swivel Feeders and bespoke Stable Windows. Our 3D design service ensures accuracy in the manufacturing process and a seamless fit to your existing barn, or a perfect finish on your new build. We use a fully recycled plastic tongue and groove infill in our stable panels and only use a heavy-duty steel construction. Our steel frames are hot-dip galvanised to ensure many years of trouble-free use. We use heavy-duty rollers on our sliding doors, again to ensure many years of trouble-free operation. We have strategic relationships with accredited transport companies to ensure safe and timely delivery of our products. We also have very experienced Project Managers and Installation crews who take great pride in their work and continue to uphold the reputation of the Redweld Stables.

Smarter Surfaces has been consistently involved in extensive research and development since the creation of Smart Wall Paint. In 2015, our Connector range, offering magnetic functionality, including both magnetic paint and plaster, was a huge success. In 2016 we launched our range of functional wallpapers, including Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper, Smart Magnetic Whiteboard Wallpaper, Smart Whiteboard Wallpaper- Low Sheen and our Smart Magnetic Whiteboard Wallpaper - Low Sheen. Our versatile products can be applied to a number of surfaces in commercial settings including: walls and desks, meeting rooms and offices, classrooms and even entire buildings. We carry out the following applications; Multi colored spray finishes, Catalyzed Lacquers, Intumescent paints and varnishes, Epoxy coatings, Polyurethanes and enamel finishes. All works can be carried out on site or off site in our new purpose built spray booth which has the latest vapor extraction and recovery system. Fire protection: Approved applicators of all types of intumescent fire protective coatings to steel, suspended ceilings and doors and wood. We can provide ½ hr, 1 hr and 2 hr coatings. Each system is applied in compliance with the current building regulations and to meet the stringent requirements ccurrently being requested by fire officers, building control and insurance companies.
