The service is not simply focused at trade and supply only but can store and integrate months of forward supply in the vast storage and housing facilities which are EU Export approved to guarantee repeat supply of homogenous products, livestock and services. By Being involved from the farm gate to the end user of the process, Anglo East has a vested interest and capacity to supply and sustain the needs of dependent non-discretionary purchasing needs for Livestock and Meat tailored to comply and guarantee the highest welfare and cultural standards. This early involvement right through from Farm to Fork allows Anglo East to Ensure that Livestock welfare standards are at all times observed ensuring full traceability and Food Hygiene and Safety whilst mainting focus on any Ritual or Cultural requirements.

Whiskey Rock Fisheries Ltd is situated in the town of Moville in County Donegal in the North East of Ireland, which resides on the banks of Lough Foyle in the Inishowen Penisula. Lough Foyle and the Inishowen coast line is home to a vast multitude of shellfish species including Periwinkles, Oysters, Crab (all species) and Lobster. Whiskey Rock Fisheries Ltd was set up in 1998 and extends from a long established family business previously known as "William Farren and Sons Fish Merchants Moville". Brothers Liam and John Farren are at the helm of Whiskey Rock Fisheries, and are the 5th generation of that family business. It is our familys tradition to supply only the freshest quality shellfish to the market place from Ireland in conjunction with EU legislation. Whiskey Rock Fisheries Ltd is FBO registered with the SFPA (Sea Fisheries Protection Authority) who are contracted by the FSAI (Food Safety Authority of Ireland) to oversee the EU Food and Hygiene Directives.
