I am not a fan of aimlessly beating people into the ground with grueling training sessions and ignoring other important aspects of a health. Addressing your sleep, nutrition and stress can make a bigger impact than a few training sessions during the week.We try to create a fun, enjoyable yet challenging workout atmosphere where exercise becomes a regular part of your life and you don’t dread having to workout. With a great group of people we have managed to find that balance of having fun, a bit of a laugh but still getting a good tough session in which leaves you feeling great afterwards.Our fitness studio is based here in Oranmore in the newly built gym in the Oranmore Community Centre and we have being based here since April 2015.Our main class which we run here is Small Group Training. This is a step up from your regular run of the mill random bootcamp class which throws together an aimless workout just to make you sweat. Our classes are based on a planned long term program which also addresses mobility, flexibility, strength, cardio and core strength. Each exercise is adjusted to the level that you are at and we look to fix issues that are causing you problems. With a limit of 12.

My name is Orlaith Sheahan and I am the owner of Orlaith Sheahan Hair Stylist. Having been inn the hairdressing industry for the last 10 years, I love every aspect of hairdressing. Currently I employ 2 fully qualified hair stylists and one trainee stylist. Our salons main goal is to keep all our clients and their hair happy and in optimum condition, displaying all aspects of our professional coloring and cutting services. We specialise in all areas of colouring and cutting, from copper to cool brunettes, short pixie to long hair, creating movement and fluidity with every cut. One of our favourite styles is creating seamless blonde colours, using specialised blonding and colour correcting techniques having perfected this skill through continuous professional hairdressing courses, in salon and online training.
