We have been processing plastic films and sheets for more than 45 years. One of our areas of focus is the production of packaging, which we manufacture in the broadest sense through forming processes via the deep-drawing method. We process material thicknesses of 0.2–12 mm on high-performance automatic rolling and sheet preparation machines. The maximum forming area is currently 1500 x 2400 mm. The vacuum forming technology is supplemented by post-processing techniques, such as pressing, milling, bending, gluing, welding, sealing, joining through to contract packaging. As a result, instead of using a specially designed machine, the process utilizes the clamping unit (and injection unit) of an injection molding machine base, converting it into a single-stage machine by integrating it with a stretch-blowing unit, a set of molds and a control system.
