DUALVAC up to 1750˚C The parts come in different forms and qualities complying with customer demands for a broad application spectrum. They are manufactured both in flexible and rigid wall designs. Source materials can be aluminum silicate, alkaline earth, Mullit fibre. DUALBLOCK up to 1100, 1260 and 1300˚C Applied indifferent design used at high flow speeds. Elements are assembled from edge cut mats.They are fixed to the metal surface of furnaces mechanically by adhesives. Available in alkaline earth ceramic fibres. 3D ceramic fiber shapes can be molded using our in-house vacuum forming machines. This process lends itself to higher volume parts that need to be molded to net shape, thereby minimizing the need for any secondary machining operations. A tool room can design and fabricate molds, and different batches can be formulated to meet your requirements for temperature rating, density and hardness.

Metall-Techno Ltd.has a rich experience on the field of manufacturing of components of machines in unique or short series of production and spare parts (e.g. unique components for motor sports), and manufacturing and assembly of special machines. Labour is performed by 80 employees on an area of 2000 square metres including the new office and social block.Seven production technologist engineers work on the field of production planning and processing. Two mechanical engineers manage our production department with the help of a CNC programming production technologist. Production is performed by 40 skilled workers on cutting and 3 qualified welders (CO, AWI).Quality is controlled by 5 quality inspectors, for which metering devices of high accuracy are available.
