In addition to our nut business, we are a major player in the 100% premium fruit juice industry, specializing in direct juices and premium juices not made from concentrate. Further expanding our product range, we import and package coconut oil from the Philippines and source raw materials worldwide for products such as beans, couscous, bulgur, chickpeas, red lentils, yellow peas, millet, flaxseed, lentils, jasmine rice, and more. It manufactures ceramic and bio fiber made products for servicing and for the purpose of engineering industrial furnaces, kilns, ladles and other refractory furnace equipment, including die casting support materials. DUALVAC up to 1750˚C The parts come in different forms and qualities complying with customer demands for a broad application spectrum. They are manufactured both in flexible and rigid wall designs. Source materials can be aluminum silicate, alkaline earth, Mullit fibre. DUALBLOCK up to 1100, 1260 and 1300˚C Applied indifferent design used at high flow speeds. Elements are assembled from edge cut mats.They are fixed to the metal surface of furnaces mechanically by adhesives. Available in alkaline earth ceramic fibres. 3D ceramic fiber shapes can be molded using our in-house vacuum forming machines. This process lends itself to higher volume parts that need to be molded to net shape, thereby minimizing the need for any secondary machining operations. A tool room can design and fabricate molds, and different batches can be formulated to meet your requirements for temperature rating, density and hardness.
