Available in alkaline earth ceramic fibres. 3D ceramic fiber shapes can be molded using our in-house vacuum forming machines. This process lends itself to higher volume parts that need to be molded to net shape, thereby minimizing the need for any secondary machining operations. A tool room can design and fabricate molds, and different batches can be formulated to meet your requirements for temperature rating, density and hardness.

Capacity 25 tons per day. Duration of work 24/7, 320 days a year. The installations are manufactured in Europe and are controlled by SCADA software. The company employs 18 people. We have our own base, equipped with two installations, respectively for processing solid and liquid waste. A solid waste installation is a facility in which the material (petroleum solid wastes, ruber chips frm old tires) is subjected to a high temperature in the absence of oxygen. The capacity is 15 tons. waste per day. The liquid waste facility is equipped with self-cleaning filters, a heating furnace, a distillation column, a vacuum pump, etc., controlled by SCADA. The capacity of the installation is 25 tons per day. We have a machine-building workshop for the production of installations
