Edelvika Company was founded in 1994 in Lutsk, Ukraine. The enterprise owns weaving, finishing, embroidery and sewing production. The company produces casual and boho style garment as well as home and HoReCa textile, work wear and fabrics under registered TM Edelvika. Own weaving production gives possibility to produce wide range of fabrics from dress-costume and decorative fabrics to fabrics for work wear and industrial purpose. Production capacity of looms is 120000 m/month. Main yarn types are LIN, COT, LIN/COT, PE, PE/VIS, PE/VIS/LIN. Due to own finishing production, the company bleaches, stabilizes and dyes fabrics according to customer’s needs and demands. Dyeing is being provided to any color in accordance with PANTONE. Our qualified testing laboratory makes testing of all incoming raw materials and checks quality of final product, issuing goods quality certificates. Modern embroidery equipment gives possibility to implement on fabric surface the most sophisticated pictures in shortest terms.

Portrait of the SGL Carbon site in Wackersdorf: The SGL Carbon site in Wackersdorf, in the Upper Palatinate, is part of the Carbon Fibres division. Here, about 140 highly-qualified staff deal with the production of mats and non-woven fabrics from carbon, glass or natural fibres. The diverse product range of over 150 product variants is rounded off with the subsequent process step of stacking. This involves superimposing different layers of mats, cutting them into stacks and joining them, all per customer specification. These stacks are then processed by the customer to produce preforms or finished components. Every year, SGL Carbon produces over 8, 000 tons of carbon, glass or natural fibre mats at the Wackersdorf site. The site also boasts three stacking machines with a capacity of over 2 million stacks per year. The products from Wackersdorf are used in a wide range of sectors, albeit primarily in the automotive and aerospace industries. Several recycling facilities serve to recycle the production waste that cannot be avoided in the process. All the facilities are powered by green electricity. Our SIGRATEX textile materials are the ideal basis for producing high-quality, fibre-reinforced plastics. They are suitable for a wide range of processing operations.

Mulberry silk is exceptionally adaptable. Our silk quilts are lightweight, very supple and they offer a high sleeping comfort. Silk is breathable, so it provides an optimal room climate. Textum Digital is an Athens-Greece based Digital Textile Printing company that specializes in printing on natural fibres (cotton, viscose, linen, silk, modal, and mixtures of those types of textile), both woven and knitted, at a maximum width of 180 cm. We are printing directly to garment (DTG) with the use of high density Reactive inks. Our production line setup allows us to pre-treat, print, steam, wash, finish and dry the fabrics in house, assuring maximum control in the whole procedure. Our color management expertise allows us, with the use of latest technology spherical spectrophotometer by Konica Minolta, to create custom printing profiles (icc profiles) on every type of textile that we print, offering unique printing results, long lasting stability on the quality of color and maximum color yield. Our research and development department has reached the point where we are able to produce color proofs on paper that match almost completely with the final printing result on the fabric, thus reducing the sampling time dramatically. High flexibility for short runs, but also great ability to complete large orders. Minimum quantity is 10 running meters. According to customer's needs, Textum Digital can provide both the custom printing service and the textile from our already tested textile range.
