For that, we can give you guarantees and certifications that value our products. Also, we do not pack our bottled products in stock. We are always bottling and packing only after the client order; thus, our product always has freshness and a longer lifetime. We have the ability to control all stages of production from the plowing and harvesting to processing and packaging. Harvesting the fruit of the olive Koroneiki is the traditional way, run-sail, beating, pruning and same day or the next shipment of fruit in the oil mill.
