We are a family company, devoted to the production, processing and packaging of organically cultivated aromatic and medicinal plants. We are located on a plain in Northern Greece between the city of Serres and the lake Kerkini, in the village of Ammoudia. Our way of thinking formed the ideological base on which we developed the company. We are a team of people committed to the “eco” world with the aim of promoting the health and welfare of people, the responsible consumption, the respect for the environment and the biodiversity protection. Phytosophia’s goal is to reinvent the wisdom we’ve lost, as pure and authentic as possible. Our limited production comes exclusively from specific fields. This way, we can focus on the special demands of every herb. Manual labor is present in almost every stage of the process and the post-collecting process is limited to a minimum necessary. This is our way to ensure that people will enjoy their quality, aromas and properties to the fullest! To all our products we gave names from the Greek mythology and history that begin with “ph” or “φ”, the symbol for Golden Section in mathematics and the first letter of the greek words for nature (φύσις-physis), plant (φυτό-phyto), philosophy (φιλοσοφία) and Phytosophia (Φυτοσοφία). We currently make over 30 products of herbs, a variety of natural cosmetics(beeswaxes, massage oils, essential oils) and wellbeing objects to be used in spas or at home by the consumers themselves..

We produce process and trade organic oregano products. Our fields are cultivated with Greek oregano (Origanum vulgare ssp. Hirtum). We offer excellent quality and aroma dry organic oregano ready to be packaged for the retail food market. Our essential oil is carvacrol type (higher than 80%) top quality and organic certified. The variety of oregano we cultivate in our farmland has been selected in collaboration with scientific institutes and expert researchers in the field of aromatic plants. Furthermore, all the propagation plant material used has been produced by cuttings, in order to conserve the genetic characteristics of the selected variety and to ensure excellent quality control.

MYREPSOS IKE is a Greek company that represents an ambitious opening in the area of cultivation and marketing of medicinal & aromatic (MAP) in the prefecture of Kilkis by yielding a range of organic products with scientific knowledge and special care so as to ensure their high quality. Combining the knowledge and history of the past with modern science and expertise, organic farmers of aromatic and pharmaceutical plants in the prefecture of Kilkis in Greece created a new cosmetic line enriched with local fragrances that is appropriate for skin care and treatment. We also produce Greek Oregano (Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum) essential oil rich in carvacrol and lavender essential oil. Last but not least, handpicked herbs of Greek oregano, Lavender, Rosmarinus officinalis, Salvia officinalis, Melissa oficinalis, Thymus vulgaris and Sideritis scardica are also available.
