...In 1922, Charilaos Ermidis opened one of the most famous coffee roasting shops in Thessaloniki. Today, the company "Ermidis" has a coffee production factory and a store in the center of Thessaloniki. In the new visual identity, the founder's face was chosen as the central image to narrate the company's history. Old signs from the center of Thessaloniki were used as sources for the design of the logo's letters, while the packaging features a minimalist design that highlights the elements of the new identity. The final packaging layouts were designed in collaboration with Christos Papatheodorou.
