The Cretan Spirits distillery has been producing traditional distillates and beverages since 2012, such as tsikoudia (raki), ouzo, rakomelo, and various flavored liqueurs. Small alchemies based on ouzo and primarily raki are combined with authentic flavors of citrus, fruits, and herbs, creating unique liqueurs.

...The "Mavromatis Kumquat" factory was established in 1965 and is a family business specializing in the processing and bottling of Kumquat into liqueurs and sweets respectively. The production line reaches one million bottles and fifty tons of Kumquat in jams and sweets. Another activity of our factory is the production of Ouzo, Brandy, and twenty other different fruit-flavored liqueurs.
