Our background is more than three generations of family tradition in the production of quality olive oil. Having grown up with olive oil as part of our every day life, we all were trained by our forefathers from a very young age in order to be able to distinguish the best for when it came to olive oil. It is only the best that we choose now for the “Stefanos” Olive Oils. For the Stefanos line of products, we prefer olives of the Koroneiki variety, that were hand-picked at the virgin land of the Peloponnese. The Koroneiki variety is considered the king of olives, and it produces olive oil of exquisite quality. In addition, we prefer our olive oil to be unfiltered, in order to maintain more of its healthy nutrients, and a more genuine and enhanced flavor. Our business is located only a ten minute drive from Athens International Airport, and half an hour drive from the port of Piraeus.

    DEAS SA, a family owned company founded in 1989. The processing – selling of olives started in middle 60’s selling moderately the family’s olives but due to the constant development today DEAS SA is a 100% exporting company with exports to more than 50 countries around the world. Our wide range of products consists of green, black, Kalamata & confites (oxidized) olives. These olives are sold whole, pitted, dated, stuffed, marinated, sliced etc. We stuff olives with almond, garlic, pimiento, red natural sweet pepper, red natural hot pepper, caper, onion, jalapeno red and green, sun dried tomato, cucumber, whore red or green hot pepper (piri-piri) etc. or even with a combination of the stuffing’s (double stuffed). Our Turnover has exceeded the 30 million Euro and we are processing more than 14.000 tons of olives yearly. We are located at Kalives, Chalkidiki, 50 km from Thessaloniki Airport, At every stage of production, the company applies Quality Control System “ISO 9001: 2000” and for food safety system ISO: 22000 (HACCP) We apply also the requirements of the BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Food Safety) systems and Kosher as well.
