Our basic principle is to create the best possible relationship with our customers, so then fully to satisfy their needs..We undertake the study - publication of building authorization, the work of excavation, the manufacture of foundation (contrary to a lot of competitor companies that require from the customer a “ready base”) and finally the delivery of the house, “with the key in the hand”. Our main concern is the least possible involvement of the owner and his exemption from stress of the construction of a new building. Delivery time after the publication of building authorization does not exceed the six months.
