One of our areas of focus is the production of packaging, which we manufacture in the broadest sense through forming processes via the deep-drawing method. We process material thicknesses of 0.2–12 mm on high-performance automatic rolling and sheet preparation machines. The maximum forming area is currently 1500 x 2400 mm. The vacuum forming technology is supplemented by post-processing techniques, such as pressing, milling, bending, gluing, welding, sealing, joining through to contract packaging. From the first design to CAD design, prototyping, moulding and through to the final packaged product, we also implement our customers' unusual requests. The trading company supplements this range of services with its own range of plastic injection moulding packaging and plastic pouches. Back then, production focused on fittings for wooden crates and forged tools for poking furnaces. After a patent was obtained for the "Muldensteinschraube" (a special screw designed to be used as a fixing point during concrete casting, DIN 529, shape F) in 1909, the focus of production shifted to hot forged and cold formed fasteners.
