Here, the company Carl Schmidt GmbH introduces itself. The company was founded in 1853 by Carl Schmidt. In the early years, contract work was carried out in the areas of turning, milling, and sawing. The facilities were completely destroyed during the bombing in 1945. Alfred Schmidt, the son of the company founder, began producing abnormal precision tools after the turmoil of the war. We are still dedicated to this task today. The family business is currently run by Karl-Peter Schmidt, the great-grandson of the founder, and his son Thomas Schmidt.
