We have been mass-producing precision parts for almost 40 years. our machinery includes Variomatic automatic revolving transfer machines with 9, 11 and 12 stations, some of which are cam-controlled and some NC-controlled with up to 60 NC axes per machine. Fully automated production processes and a large range of machining options put us in a position to machine even complex parts in all aspects. We process steel, aluminium, copper alloys and brass, from rings, large coils, rods, lengths or moulded parts to feed magazines. Our range of products is complemented by various deburring technologies, slide grinding, surface processing, ultrasonic cleaning, assembly work and heat treatments.
