...The possible applications of paper bowls for the embossing technology are manifold: It either gets the "worn-in" relief of the embossing cylinder, it is used as a smooth cylinder for pressing, or it is used for calendering. At our 1200 square metre-large production hall, we use the latest technology to manufacture paper bowls with a maximum length of 2400 mm at 3400 mm total length and, depending on the particular requirements, with or without swell. Next, the paper bowls are finished on a special rotating machine.
