...In our painting facility, the manufactured metal components are initially primed and then finished using the wet painting process. During the final coating, the surfaces can be enhanced with structural effects, including custom coloring within the RAL color palette. Alumina blasting is used for the final surface treatment as well as for the pre-treatment of standard steels, which can then be further processed, for example, through painting. Glass bead blasting is used for surface treatment of aluminum or stainless steel. It also removes the heat tint colors that occur during welding.
