We produce standard and special tools for all industries, including the automotive industry, aerospace industry, window construction, energy industries and medical technology. At GWD Technologiezentrum GmbH, we focus on the production of precision machining tools of all kinds. As manufacturing processes are becoming ever more complex, increasingly specialised, premium-quality special and standard tools made from solid carbide and HSS are needed to complete them. Single-tooth cutters, forming cutters, spherical cutters, PCD-CBN, HPC or HSC milling or drilling tools and special tools – such as our GWD-ZR milling cutter for processing aluminium – have been proving their mettle for many years in our customers' applications and bear witness to the quality of our tools. We also offer our customers a regrinding and recoating service, in which the tool can be restored to 100% cutting performance for a fraction of the cost.
