Our range of services includes: Resistors: comprehensive range of high-voltage and power resistors. Power resistors in thick-film technology or as wire resistors. Joysticks: thumb, finger and hand joysticks for the drive and function control of vehicles, construction machinery and boats, in the fields of materials handling and medical technology and for use in wireless remote controls. Pressure sensors: from pressure measuring cells in ceramics and stainless steel to pressure transmitters. Travel and angle sensors: film sensors, potentiometers and potentiometer elements for position determination in drives, systems and machines. We supply a wide range of sectors and enjoy extensive application know-how. We are happy to develop tailor-made solutions following an individual and personal consultation. Our products are all made in Germany: from samples to large-scale production of several hundred-thousand pieces.

Our company was founded on 1st January, 1998. Since then, we have impressed our customers with great flexibility, professional competence, an extensive storage and delivery program, and a fast delivery service. Since 2003, we have been certified in accordance with ISO 9001. Our product range consists of stainless tubes: Round from 0.4 mm to 21.0 mm – square from 2.0 x 2.0 mm to 11.0 x 11.0 mm (exterior diameter). Our customers are mainly companies from the medical technology sector, who have high demands for our products regarding surface quality, accuracy in measurement as well as chemical compositions. Most of our stainless steel tubes are made of the material 1.4301 (AISI 304). They are welded and repeatedly cold-drawn and with special and narrow material allowances according to DIN 2463/EN10217-7. Other materials are also available. We use our own fleet to deliver in the greater Tuttlingen area and use our reliable shipping partners to meet your requirements across the world.

Since 2006, we have been an owner-managed company with a wide product and service portfolio in the load carrier industry. Our managing director Sefer Sengin is always personally available for you in the operative business – just like our skilled team. Our two conveniently located sites in the greater Stuttgart area make our Europe-wide supply possible: Pallet cages are the focus at our 20, 000 m² site in Bissingen an der Teck – here, these are manufactured by our state-of-the-art machines, or expertly repaired. A few kilometres away, in Lenningen, our 40, 000 m² site is entirely focussed on pallets. For both types of load carrier, ZS offers its customers exchange, sale or repair services. Pallet cage rental is another large division. Our own fleet with skilled, qualified drivers and dedicated teams at both locations are important factors for sustainable success.
