For more than 30 years, we have supplied customers in Germany and abroad with high-quality anti-static brushes. We manufacture aluminium strip brushes in lengths of up to 1000 mm. Customer-specific products for small or large series are our forte, but our customers are equally impressed by our reliability, expertise, quality assurance, punctuality, innovation and flexibility. Application: Our Merkle anti-static brushes are used in a number of ways, such as: Photocopiers, film equipment, paper processing machinery, document readers, medical technology, foil coating systems, printing machines, mechanical engineering, textile industry, plastics industry, injection moulding machinery, coating systems, dedusting systems and in a number of other industries.

We offer a wide-ranging standard product portfolio with a large selection of materials and colours, as well as production according to customer-specific requirements. Materials include classics such as PLA, PET-G, ASA and ABS as well as nylon (PA6, PA12), TPU, PPS, HIPS, PP, PC/PTFE, PCTG, high-temperature filaments, thermoactive filaments, high-performance biopolymers and wood filaments. Many of our filaments are also available as composite fibre variants such as glass fibres, carbon fibres and aramid fibres. We also produce special colours using a colour number of your sample. You decide which coil type your filament should have: be it a standard plastic coil, recycled plastic coil or cardboard coil, packaging sizes of up to 20 kg are possible on a single coil (depending on the coil type). We meet your quality and price requirements. All our filaments satisfy the REACH and RoHS requirements while certain materials also meet provisions for approval in the food sector.
