For over four decades, we have been active in this field which has expanded ever more as time went on. As a result, we now have three departments: Department I: OFT = Surface technology: Includes: Tool drives, flexible shafts and other surface treatment products (such as drive units for flexible shafts, pneumatic drives, micromotors, collets, abrasives, milling cutters, etc.). Department II: VST = Adjustment elements: Remote control and power transmission elements; adjustment and regulation. Department III: Special coils and tubes. One reason for our success is the way we take note of our customers' individual requirements.

Additive Materials GmbH is a provider of high-quality 3D printing filaments with production in eastern Europe and more than 8 years' experience in the 3D printing industry. Constantly high-quality and colour-accuracy across batches is of key importance to us so that you as a customer can focus entirely on the production of your product. We offer a wide-ranging standard product portfolio with a large selection of materials and colours, as well as production according to customer-specific requirements. Materials include classics such as PLA, PET-G, ASA and ABS as well as nylon (PA6, PA12), TPU, PPS, HIPS, PP, PC/PTFE, PCTG, high-temperature filaments, thermoactive filaments, high-performance biopolymers and wood filaments. Many of our filaments are also available as composite fibre variants such as glass fibres, carbon fibres and aramid fibres. We also produce special colours using a colour number of your sample. You decide which coil type your filament should have: be it a standard plastic coil, recycled plastic coil or cardboard coil, packaging sizes of up to 20 kg are possible on a single coil (depending on the coil type). We meet your quality and price requirements. All our filaments satisfy the REACH and RoHS requirements while certain materials also meet provisions for approval in the food sector. Our main focus at Kern Antriebstechnik GmbH is the development and production of high-precision electromotors, clutches, brakes and of a professional coil winding technology. We specialise in small batch production, combined with a high proportion of development and engineering. Our strengths therefore lie in producing special designs, making adjustments and further developing our existing product range. We are a systems integrator, meaning that we provide our customers with a real full-line service, from conceiving drive components, to developing and constructing them, producing in-house prototypes and models, as well as providing series delivery. As a company with ATEX and ISO9001: 2015 certification, we have virtually all of the relevant manufacturing technologies available in-house.

We have been mass-producing precision parts for almost 40 years. our machinery includes Variomatic automatic revolving transfer machines with 9, 11 and 12 stations, some of which are cam-controlled and some NC-controlled with up to 60 NC axes per machine.
