KG comprises several key areas, including: Mould and tool manufacturing with the development of plastic components; the production of injection moulding tools for prototype and series parts; pre-series mould validation; and the manufacturing of small-batch parts on injection moulding machines with 25 to 900 tons of clamping force. Another mainstay is the construction of styling function and cubing models. We also specialise in test equipment and gauge construction, manufacturing measuring supports and testing apparatus from aluminium, steel or lightweight materials to precisely support and monitor various components.

We have been mass-producing precision parts for almost 40 years. our machinery includes Variomatic automatic revolving transfer machines with 9, 11 and 12 stations, some of which are cam-controlled and some NC-controlled with up to 60 NC axes per machine. The machines are specially designed for smooth-running part production with the same performance and quality as series parts. Fully automated production processes and a large range of machining options put us in a position to machine even complex parts in all aspects. We process steel, aluminium, copper alloys and brass, from rings, large coils, rods, lengths or moulded parts to feed magazines. Our range of products is complemented by various deburring technologies, slide grinding, surface processing, ultrasonic cleaning, assembly work and heat treatments.
