Our high- and medium frequency electricity converters enable a broad variety of possible applications of induction heating in your production process. Our induction systems are used for thermal treatments like annealing, tempering or hardening but also for soldering & brazing welding, forming, joining and melting. We are also experienced with forge heating, drying and coating processes and we are heavily invested with research projects like e.g. the international nuclear fusion research project ITER. With more than 70 years of experience in induction and over a century in industrial electronics manufacturing we are a leading company for induction heating solutions and are spearheading the field of high frequency induction around the globe! While our technology is mainly used in industrial metal heating applications for e.g. steel, aluminium, copper or brass (or even titanium), it can also be used to heat non metallic materials such as graphite, molten glass, fibre plastics, silicon, plasma and now with the use of nano particles even more materials can be used. The introduction of the atmospheric plasma machines in particular opened up the market for materials that are difficult to treat at high feed rates. 1991 - Another physical treatment principle, “flame treatment”, was introduced. 1985 - Arcotec GmbH was founded. Pretreatment systems 1976 - Development and deployment of the world’s first plasma machine with open jet electrodes (Arcojet®) for treating plastic moulded parts; this works with electric plasma. Pretreatment systems 1975 - Production of the pretreatment machines begins using high-frequency corona. Pretreatment systems 1974 - Fritz Bloss founded an independent commercial agency.

B81/1666-03 (dated 15.12.2003) an almost linear probe measurement signal with regard to the moisture content.
