For years, the continuous monitoring of developments in the design and performance of modern machine tools has given rise to more and more new electrofilter series, often in collaboration with the mechanical designers, and with the form adapted to the machine tool design. This also calls for a new design of the filter equipment, primarily the ionizer and collector cells. Today, DSL Air Technology boasts the world's largest electrofilter modification in the sector.

The manufacturing programme of our bending technology includes the production of housings, covers, casings, screens and flanged profiles according to customer drawings, from individual parts to small series. In addition to complex security concepts for machine and plant engineering as well as special machine construction, we produce roller shutters, roller doors and roller grille systems from high-quality extruded aluminium profiles for the automotive engineering, interior fittings and roller shutter construction sectors. We work with a total of about 50 employees on a daily basis to meet a wide range of requirements. Our in-house product and process quality can be seen in the regular certification of our production facilities in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015.
