For more than 40 years, STAHLCON GMBH has been supplying stainless steel V-profile clamps as connecting elements for a wide range of applications. In engine manufacturing on exhaust systems, for pumps and fittings, filter construction, pharmaceutical and food systems, and for conveying and processing bulk materials, V-profile clamps are used as components for quick joining of flanges. STAHLCON GMBH was established in 1980 in Stuttgart, initially merely as a sales office. So as to be able to supply standard and customer-specific series parts at short notice, the warehouse was consistently being expanded. In 1990, the company moved to its own premises in Stuttgart. Since then, STAHLCON GMBH has consistently been expanding its stock range, with standard parts always being in stock. In order to meet the further increasing demand for these products in a wide range of industrial sectors, STAHLCON GMBH moved its site and company headquarters to Steinenbronn in April 2005. A larger warehouse and better transport connections have laid key foundations for the future. In April 2014, STAHLCON GMBH moved into a new, larger building, with a storage space of over 1000 m². Our products come from certified production companies as per ISO9001. Our customers benefit from the long-standing experience of the production companies in the development and production of stainless steel parts. Our quality management is certified to ISO 9001: 2015. TECNARO GmbH (TEChnologie NAchwachsende ROhstoffe) was founded in 1998 as an ICT spin-off from Fraunhofer Gesellschaft für angewandte Forschung e. V. with the aim of replacing conventional petroleum based plastics with plant-based bioplastics. These biomaterial granulates are called ARBOFORM®, ARBOFILL® and ARBOBLEND®. These environmentally-friendly biomaterials are processed in the same way as conventional petroleum-based plastics by means of injection moulding, extrusion, pressing, deep drawing, calendering, spinning or blow moulding to make moulded parts, panels, films, bottles, profiles, coatings or filaments. The company has received a number of awards for the innovativeness and sustainability of its products, including Green Brands Germany 2013/14, 2015/16 and 2017/18 2019/20 2021/22 Gipfeltreffen der Weltmarktführer honoured TECNARO with the Innovation Champions Award 2020, Diesel-Medaille 2011, European Inventor Award 2010, Germany Industry Award 2009 in the suppliers category, Werkbund Label 2008, VR Innovation Award 2007, ZDF WISO Founder Award, Euromold Award in Gold. In 2014/15, a dedicated production plant was built in Ilsfeld and was more than doubled in 2022 through an extension.
