Since 1999, our company has been focusing on the construction and sale of machines for the jewellery industry. Over the last 20 years, we have become one of the leading companies in machinery construction for wedding ring production. Besides many special machines which we produce ourselves, in collaboration with our long-standing partners we offer complete production lines for manufacturing wedding rings from pipe material. Draw benches for cold forming pipes, manual and automatic sawing machines, manual precision lathes, faceting machines and other small devices for producing and working on wedding rings are manufactured by us, with all our production being based in Germany. With our in-house design department, we develop and construct special machines to meet customers' requests. In addition to service and our extensive expertise, we offer repairs and overhauls of old machines for jewellery making and wedding ring production.

We stand for innovative tool clamping systems and machining tools. ProLock® for quick-change tool systems and tool holders. Machining tools are defined by the ProChipper® brand. Thanks to a cutting technology that was developed over 33 years ago, well diamond wire saws have helped more than 1200 customers worldwide achieve the results they desire. well diamond wire saws achieve smooth, sharp-edged surfaces on practically any material. The applied cutting tool is stainless steel wire with diamond grains that can be effectively "embedded" in the wire. This patented embedding process guarantees the highest degree of cutting capability and the longevity of the wire. The wire is wound around a drum that is attached to a precision hoist motor. Depending on the size of the saw, the length of the wire ranges from 10 to 40 metres. It has a diameter between 0.10 and 0.70 mm. All our saws use the force of gravity and/or weights as a method to achieve and maintain consistent feed rates. Moreover, they all possess continual variable speed control for the wire.
