Our fleet of cutting-edge machinery comprises more than 80 embroidery units and our production is 100% carbon-neutral. EXOFLEX produces hoses and tubing that are lightweight, flexible and anti-kink and thus allow for stress-free and easy handling. Our core competence is the production of custom-tailored hoses and tubing based on an anti-kink structure combined with an easy to clean surface. A special feature of our suction hoses are their superior tensile strenght and rigidity achieved by a longitudinal reinforcement with high-tenacity yarn. Mainly our products are being used as dental HVE and saliva ejector tubing as well as umbilical hoses. EXOFLEX supplies products to manufacturers of medical appliances worldwide. Our newest innovation - the EXOFLEX Dental100 - is a highly flexible and non-PVC hose suitable for thermal disinfection at up to 100°C, resp. 210°F in washer-disinfectors.
