LASERSCALE™ measuring systems work according to an interferometric laser operating principle, which generates a very high signal quality. This helps to achieve very high resolutions in the single-digit picometer range. These measuring systems are primarily used in semiconductor production and in measuring machines. B81/1666-03 (dated 15.12.2003) an almost linear probe measurement signal with regard to the moisture content.
