With more than 200 engineers, technicians, experts and qualified technical specialists, as well as a production area measuring 12, 000 m², we combine expertise and productivity into one efficient whole. Our industrial site is a testament to a tradition that stretches back decades: The site was founded in 1924 as a production facility for textile viscose for the company Vereinigte Glanzstoff-Werke AG. The manufacture of technical viscose began in 1938; this was used primarily in high-speed car tyres. In the 1950s, fibre production was expanded to include synthetic fibres such as polyester and polyamide. Since the 1970s, the site has been growing to become the most important European production site of high-quality yarns for technical applications.

H. Hecking Söhne is a textile company in Stadtlohn, which operates a spinning mill, warping facility, sizing facility, weaving mill as well as a cloth inspection. Our laboratory ensures that our customers obtain yarns and fabrics of a consistently high quality. From Stadtlohn, our sister company in Zittau is also centrally supported with laboratory services. The production plant is supported by H. Hecking Söhne on an administrative level so as to be capable of guaranteeing great flexibility and rapid decision-making for our customers.
