Water jet cutting is becoming increasingly precise and is being used in new areas of application, for example as a result of micro water jet cutting. With the KATANA2 from Japanese manufacturer SUGINO, we are also able to serve customers who require high levels of precision and therefore provide an alternative or addition to wire erosion systems of high-precision laser cutting systems.

For cold forming, Stahlkontor offers bending, compression molding and edging as available in-house processes. With range of mechanical processing, welding processes and surface treatment available at Stahlkontor, it is possible to manufacture components and assemblies ready for installation and further processing.
