Kunststoff-Extrusion Lehmann GmbH is a new, young and innovative family company, but its experience and knowledge is a tried and tested process that has continually developed over decades. Managing Director and Head of Production Nils Lehmann is a trained precision engineering technician, and has now been working for more than 12 years in the area of design, planning and production of plastic profiles. He has specialised here in the production of extrusion tools. The art of extrusion nozzle grinding and especially filigree finish grinding, on which the quality of the profiles ultimately depends, are some of his particular strengths. His father, Klaus Lehmann, a master in toolmaking, has 35 years of professional experience in the area of plastic processing and extrusion technology. He is the co-founder of several companies in the plastic and tool sector. He has been there right from the start when it comes to the development of plastics made of TPE and the production of their special nozzle tools. The production of thin-walled filigree profiles requires a precise extrusion tool. We specialise in such difficult and complicated profiles. We produce profiles and seals from all TPE, soft PVC and PP – for medical technology, the car industry, the construction industry and boatbuilding. We can create profiles for you according to drawings and patterns at short notice (within 1–2 weeks).

Plastic recycling, analytics & technology consulting ATP’s developments for processing complex production waste determine the state-of-the-art technology for the ecological plastic recycling since more than 25 years. With developing the dry-mechanical processing and the selective density separation ATP has an unique know-how determining the state-of-the-art technology for recovering plastics of high purity. As technology-oriented partner ATP offers extensive services for analytics, process development and plastic recycling of production waste of the plastics processing industry (multicomponent parts) as well as of mixtures in silo, mixture damages in grinding operations and post-consumer waste. With around 20 employees at the production site near Berlin ATP operates a wet and dry mechanical treatment and recycling plant with a annual capacity of 6, 500 tons. The plastic mixtures are mainly processed and recycled in commission. ATP also buys plastic waste in in large batches. ATP is able to process a variety of plastic compounds (i.e. with a multilayer sandwich structure) to recyclates of high purity.
