We recycle thermoplastic production waste at our processing plants (agglomeration and grinding) to produce high-quality recyclate (regrind or agglomerate), including as contract work. We have been recycling thermoplastic production waste at our recycling plants since 1998, producing over 10, 000 tonnes of high-quality recyclate. With our plastics processing plants (one agglomeration line and two grinding lines), we process waste carefully and professionally. Our process expertise has grown steadily over the years, enabling us to process films, shavings, powder, sheets, pipes, bales and various other waste streams from thermoplastic polymers (in particular PE, PP, PVC, PET, PA, ABS, PS) into free-flowing agglomerate or regrind. We take product samples during ongoing production or using a vacuum conveyor downstream and test our finished products for non-melting foreign substances using laboratory extrusion. We weigh incoming and outgoing goods quickly and reliably using our own lorry scales. With over 30, 000 square metres, three production halls and a warehouse as well as numerous bulk goods tents, our site in Bad Sobernheim offers sufficient space for good storage of waste and finished products. We are also happy to recycle your waste for you as a contract work so that it is immediately returned to the material cycle.

We have decided not to use any additives, even fragrances are only used very discreetly in order to ensure the best possible skin compatibility. Our soaps are made gently at low temperatures. In contrast to curd soaps, the glycerin produced during the reaction is not removed but stirred in. Glycerin is a by-product of the saponification reaction of sodium hydroxide with the corresponding oils. It ensures a gentler feeling when washing hands and sufficient care. If you want to learn more about natural soap, you can find more information under the tab "Worth knowing". Here we have compiled all the essential information about the ingredients and the different types of soap. There you can also learn about the saponification reaction and browse more content. We store our natural soaps for about 5-6 weeks after production. The soap needs this time to mature and harden. This time is important because otherwise the natural soap would be too soft and would be used up quickly. Our soaps are free of plastic and mineral oils and are lovingly packed in recycled material. Shipping is done with biodegradable packaging material. We pay a lot of attention to reusable materials and tools during production. If you also want to help with the switch to environmentally friendly alternatives, then take a look at the shop and discover your natural soap for yourself. The production takes place exclusively in small batches in careful manual work and only pure vegetable oils and fats are used!
