Today, we manufacture not only lubricants, but special cleaning and maintenance products too, preferably under our customers' labels. Our in-house creative team can create designs using your specifications or completely from scratch. Naturally, our products are not free, but thanks to some of our clever ideas we are able to create cost neutrality and in most cases even some additional profit. Our range of products is now even clearer than before. This is partly due to the strict standards we set when approving a product for release: Cost reduction potential, rapid processing and high margins for our customers. It is also partly because maximising the value of our products for customers requires an expert, reliable service.

As a manufacturer of custom-produced plating and industrial plants, we have focused on individual planning and manufacturing tailored to customer and process specifications since the company was founded. Our work is shaped by our experience and extensive, detailed knowledge gained from decades of building systems for a wide variety of industries. After gradually expanding production, and following an extensive planning process, we built a new company facility at our headquarters in the Franconian town of Allersberg in the spring of 2016. We combined manufacturing areas previously housed in different buildings into one production facility almost 5, 000 sq.m in size. This allows us to optimize internal processes and shorten coordination channels. Today, our team is made up of around 70 qualified and ambitious specialists, supporting and serving our customers around the world. The broad scope of our production expertise gives us the best possible flexibility – from planning department drafts to on-site installation.

In order to enable the efficient bending of even extremely small parts and to thereby meet the requirements of our customers, we have developed a controlled bending machine tool for extremely small parts, the BT-150. It is now finally possible to produce extremely small bent parts such as technical springs, contacts, covers, brackets and housings quickly and easily and without using special tools. This machine is primarily used in tool manufacturing, in the electronics industry, in sheet metal machining and in the medical technology industry, but it also used in many other sectors. As our BT-150 has also enabled us to solve problems faced by other companies, Blech-Tec has quickly established itself as a machine manufacturer. Our location in Sauerlach, Altkirchen district, has excellent transport links thanks to its position in the south of Munich, just outside of the city limits. Our company is situated on the A8 and the A99, enabling it to be reached quickly and easily both from outside of Munich and from nearly every part of the city.
