The company is now active across the world, with twelve branches, 19 independent representatives, and a powerful export department based in the company's headquarters. KAUP produces around 40, 000 attachments worldwide each year at its three sites. In addition to Aschaffenburg, the Asia-Pacific market is covered by sites in Xiamen in China, and Brisbane, Australia.

The company WEKO Entgratungstechnik GmbH was founded in 1975 in Altenbuch. The early products were trimming tools in various sizes designed for the foundry industry.
