The company LEBEN was founded in 1967. Since 1980, exclusively shock-reducing elements and vibration dampers have been developed and produced under our trademark Compenser®. Our damping elements are calculated in compliance with the VDI guideline VDI 2061 "Construction elements for the reduction of impact effects". Our products are in compliance with the corresponding provisions of the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. We are certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015, a recognition of our quality policy. In order to satisfy the needs of the diverse field of application in damping technology, LEBEN-Dämpfungstechnik GmbH offers a variety of types of impact dampers, including gas-hydraulic heavy-duty shock absorbers, emergency shock absorbers as end stops (emergency stops at end positions), operationally actuated shock absorbers and irreversible shock absorbers.
