Zalewa Tec primarily produces sand castings and sand cores for foundries using 3D printing. A binder jetting process is used, which means that no support structures are required. We derive the necessary printing data from your technical drawings or CAD data. Needless to say, we can also print data sets you have created yourself and create a digital version of your original component. In addition, we can also reproduce spare parts made from steel, iron, aluminium, magnesium, copper, zinc, tin, nickel and cobalt alloys, as well as manufacturing your pre-series and managing your projects until they are ready for series production. Our patented casting resin system, ALWA MOULD D, is the fastest curing casting resin system in the world. It is very easy to process and does not need to be post-tempered. Our easy to use system has a pot life of only 20 minutes! Deep drawing can take place immediately after demoulding. With our innovative ALWA POR porous plates, the time-consuming drilling of vacuum holes is no longer necessary.
