As a service provider in the field of mechanical processing, we manufacture mould patterns that are customised for tool and punching plate manufacturing according to your 3D data. We are at an advantage in being able to process a variety of orders – from the smallest dimensions up to a size of 3000 m – at favourable prices. By choosing us, you'll have everything taken care of from a single source, from the material itself to its milling, grinding and deep-hole drilling. After the processing is complete, the plates undergo a strict quality control procedure in which they are measured on our designated machine, with the results subsequently recorded in writing. We employ almost 80 workers who manufacture as part of a three-shift operation to ensure rapid delivery times. Berolina-Liner System - Modern Pipe Rehabilitation Lining with cured-in-place-pipes, CIPP, is an efficient and reasonably priced method for rehabilitation of wastewater sewers. Several sections of gravity pipes needing rehabilitation can be completed in a single working shift. Dispensing with trenching works not only affects the working costs, but also minimises the resulting costs due to savings in time. CIPP relining only has a minimum and short-term effect on the infrastructure in the area surrounding the rehabilitation site. Existing trees, traffic flows, social and commercial life, material flows and running production in industrial operations remain virtually unaffected; therefore loss of output and immeasurable economic disruption (e.g. through traffic congestion) can be reduced to a minimum from the outset. Berolina-Liners (DN 150-1000 mm) are seamless, made of glass fibre and polyester webs, depending on the requirements. They are easily cured with UV-light.
