As a small family business with our own olive grove in the south of the Kalamata region in Greece, we have been producing fruity, mild extra virgin olive oil since 2002. In our manufactory in Rietberg in the Gütersloh district, we create our herb oils from it. A wide selection of balsamic vinegar is also part of our handcrafted products. These fruit vinegars, refined with herbs and fruits, are reduced to a creamy dressing with low acidity.
