For more than 25 years, we have manufactured high-quality silk-screen printing products for decorative and technical applications on glass, ceramic, china and metal. The range of paints used goes from glass paints with low melting points (540 °C) to paints with high melting points (1260 °C) for sanitary ceramic items. Organic paints that are annealed at 180° are used for decorating plastics. Employees with decades of experience ensure that the process is smooth, from development of your décor through the pre-press stage and sampling and finally right up to production. Zalewa Tec primarily produces sand castings and sand cores for foundries using 3D printing. A binder jetting process is used, which means that no support structures are required. We derive the necessary printing data from your technical drawings or CAD data. Needless to say, we can also print data sets you have created yourself and create a digital version of your original component. In addition, we can also reproduce spare parts made from steel, iron, aluminium, magnesium, copper, zinc, tin, nickel and cobalt alloys, as well as manufacturing your pre-series and managing your projects until they are ready for series production. Moreover, we can print foundry and thermoforming models made of sand and continue processing them such that small series can be produced.
