From the very beginning, it was all about team work – in 1970, that meant Schmidt and Tabrizi. Until his departure in 1990, Peter Schmidt (+) and Mahmoud Tabrizi worked together to create the foundation for today's company. When Reza Tabrizi took over the company ten years later, it really took off: The second-generation director primarily valued the human factor, in addition to investments in machinery and the site.
