Pressta Eisele GmbH from Bullay produces circular saws, automatic saws and custom solutions for cross-cutting, drilling, milling and die cutting structural shapes from aluminium and non-ferrous heavy metals. We offer five different model ranges, from automatic saws and thin cutting machines with saw blade widths from 1 mm to high-performance machines with 18.5 kW saw drive. Saw lines are developed on customer demand and can also be integrated into fully automatic processing systems. Komet in Weil am Rhein specialises in power hacksaw blades made from HSS with individual tooth shapes and geometries. These can be used to efficiently and economically separate different materials. For example, the variable tooth geometry for hacksaw blades has a positive rake for sawing hardened and stainless steels. This reduces the cutting forces, improves swarf removal and increases blade life. We also offer specially tailored problem solutions for offsetting the teeth. However, before a newly developed hacksaw blade, it is subjected to an "inquisition" by endurance testing, always in accordance with the motto "quality sells itself."
