The outdated concept from 2000 has been completely reworked, re-devised and reconstructed by the UHLY team. With the aim of short transport routes and manufacturing independence, we wanted to guarantee flawless production quality delivered on time. The decision made in 2012 meant that, as early as the following year, four new machines in two different series were delivered. Today, three series in eleven designs as well as numerous application possibilities have been produced. The frames are made using a hybrid design. The result is extreme rigidity and long-term precision. Therefore, no machines require foundations. Quick assembly, little space required and efficient access to the workpiece despite the very heavy weight of the workpiece are the key words that drive the Markus Uhly team day to day. Machine control was redesigned, too. Now, BUCKUHLY machines possess programming that has been specially developed by UHLY. Control has been precisely coordinated to the processing technology here. As a result, the user has numerous information displays and text descriptions in various help menus at their disposal, combined with special machining cycles. The programming of the CAD/CAM interfaces is also supported in-house. Through the adjustment of CAD/CAM systems, your very own application specialists are on hand to implement machine kinematics and the best machining strategy.

We create precision deep-drawn parts made from stainless steel, steel and non-ferrous metals at our modern production sites. Our production focuses on thin-walled and usually rotationally symmetrical hollow parts with wall thicknesses of between 0.15 and 2.3 mm. In doing so we not only implement the tightest tolerances regarding dimensions, shape and position, we also meet the high surface quality requirements of the components. The component cleanliness we need to achieve is also very important here. If required, the surfaces of the components are mechanically or galvanically reworked.
