Sutco was established as Sutco Maschinenbau GmbH in 1985 and expanded into Poland in 1991 with Sutco Polska and in 1993 with Sutco Inzynierskie. In 2003, the company was renamed Sutco RecyclingTechnik GmbH & Co. KG, under the umbrella of the LM-GROUP. After this, development made swift progress. Sutco Polska moved to Katowice and Sutco Iberica was founded in Barcelona in 2006. In 2011, Sutco bought up the remaining shares of the OKLM joint venture company and founded Sutco UK in the United Kingdom. Sutco RecyclingTechnik GmbH secured its place on the international market with a representative in Singapore and its own company in Brazil, Sutco Brasil, from 2014.
