  2. DIPL.-ING. ERICH FETZER GMBH + CO KG

    Germany

    Verified by europages badge

Dipl.Ing. Erich Fetzer GmbH was founded by Erich Fetzer. As early as the 1960s, the planning of the first filtration systems for cooling lubricant processing began. In the first few years, customers already included many renowned major companies, which still appreciate the quality, performance and reliability of the products bearing the "ZYKLOMAT" trademark today. In 1983, Jürgen Wagner, who had already been with the company as an executive for 14 years at that time, acquired all shares in the company. In 1987, the company moved into a new building at the current location in Mühlwiesenstraße. This made it possible to meet the constantly increasing demand of our customers for more affordable, higher-quality plants. The expansion already made it necessary to double the production area in 1991. This laid the foundations for manufacturing even more complex central systems.

  1. PRO-TECTION GMBH

    Germany

We produce respiratory protection at the Niedenstein site. The OP mask has been checked in a German laboratory according to EN 14683 Type II. Specially approved by the German Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices. Our face mask passed the test according to the EN 14683: 2019-10 Type II standard on 19th June 2020 in a German laboratory. Basic information: BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency) = 99.97%, limit value 98%, pressure difference (breathing resistance) = average of 29 Pa/cm², limit value 40 Pa/cm². Microbiological purity = average of 8.8 CFU/g, limit value 30 CFU/g. Dimensions 17.5 cm x 9.5 cm. For our face masks, we therefore rely on a combination of different micro non-woven filter materials, which clean the air in a filter cascade and consequently allow a wide range of uses. The mask is made of three layers. The middle layer is made out of ultra-fine melt-blown material (virus and bacteria filter). We use a product from a prominent German manufacturer here.

Medi-Laabs GmbH offers high-quality melt-blown filter mesh and raw materials for manufacturing hygienic masks, medical masks, and FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 half masks. Dr Magdalena Laabs, owner of Medi-Laabs GmbH, supplied, and started and implemented production of several dozen machines for manufacturing masks and half masks, the so-called respiratory face mask 2020. Due to the lack of filter fabric on the market and Magdalena Laabs' access to the technology of her production, she decided to introduce a special vehicle that specialised in manufacturing high-quality melt-blown non-woven fabrics. Machines working to manufacture Dr. Laabs masks can be found in Germany, Great Britain, Poland and other European countries. Further machines are in production.
