    Dr. Zinngrebe GmbH can look back on many years of experience in the field of process monitoring and offers extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering. In 1989, the company (the known as Ingenieurbüro Zinngrebe) started production of the first system for adaptive process control and dressing monitoring. Nowadays, the fully developed PCT module is on the market as a small mounting rail system with the PCT monitor, acting as a Windows operating programme. Using various strategies, this device evaluates measurement signals coming from a max. of eight external sensors or directly from the machine via PROFIBUS or PROFINET. Our monitoring strategies are often used in the areas of grinding and dressing but can also be applied to other machining processes, such as turning, milling, drilling and honing. The hardware and software are developed and produced in Germany.
