The grinding technology used by the family-run company has a long tradition dating back to the 14th century. At the time, it made all kinds of cutting tools. Industrial grinding in the plane-parallel area began in the last century. The grinding technology by Paul Jores GmbH has been steadily improved and become more powerful, resulting in the 16 state-of-the-art fine grinding and double-side face grinding machines which have up until now provided a unique quality on which our customers rely. This includes major system suppliers to the automotive industry, the world's largest bearing manufacturer and the global market leader in mechanical engineering for printing machines or woodworking machines.

Based in Kaiserslautern (Germany), we have successfully established ourselves on the market, both within Germany and abroad, as specialists in the development, manufacture and sale of precision tools made from ultra hard cutting materials such as CVD-D (CVD thick film diamond), PCD (polycrystalline diamond) and PCBN (cubic boron nitride).
