We design and manufacture the tools required for use at our site (as a system supplier in series production) or for use at the customer's premises. Moreover, we are happy to produce customised tools. We process all thermoplastic materials and elastomers. Our specialities: PA6T/6I GF 50 FWA with drinking water approval. Conductivity. Materials with anti-slip or flame-retardant properties. In order to manufacture tailor-made and high-quality plastic products, you need to have the right hardware. We have fully equipped die and mould manufacturing facilities where we produce high-quality injection moulding tools. We also use Cimatron E CAD/CAM software to assist us with designing and adapting items for the injection-moulding process

Be it elegant closure solutions, technical components or other bespoke plastic products, our team of creative designers work together to develop and realise your visions in thermoplastic polymers. In close collaboration with our tool manufacturing and injection moulding divisions, we design, refine and re-engineer high-quality moulds, also offering this service to other companies. We use two-component (2K) technology to produce multi-coloured products and to work materials with differing properties, for example to improve the surface feel using a soft-touch finish. We process thermoplastic polymers (with the exception of PVC) with an injection weight of up to 600 g and a mould clamping force of up to 2500 kN. We analyse our customers' requirements and choose the best polymer for the job. By working closely with our designers and our tool manufacturing division, this allows us to produce sophisticated injection-moulded parts that are perfectly tailored to the customer's application using state-of-the-art technology.

We recycle thermoplastic production waste at our processing plants (agglomeration and grinding) to produce high-quality recyclate (regrind or agglomerate), including as contract work. We have been recycling thermoplastic production waste at our recycling plants since 1998, producing over 10, 000 tonnes of high-quality recyclate. With our plastics processing plants (one agglomeration line and two grinding lines), we process waste carefully and professionally. Our process expertise has grown steadily over the years, enabling us to process films, shavings, powder, sheets, pipes, bales and various other waste streams from thermoplastic polymers (in particular PE, PP, PVC, PET, PA, ABS, PS) into free-flowing agglomerate or regrind. We take product samples during ongoing production or using a vacuum conveyor downstream and test our finished products for non-melting foreign substances using laboratory extrusion. We weigh incoming and outgoing goods quickly and reliably using our own lorry scales. With over 30, 000 square metres, three production halls and a warehouse as well as numerous bulk goods tents, our site in Bad Sobernheim offers sufficient space for good storage of waste and finished products. We are also happy to recycle your waste for you as a contract work so that it is immediately returned to the material cycle.
