We are a company in the field of CNC machining, specialising in the production of screws, connecting elements and made-to-order parts. Our company is based in Trier, near the Luxembourg border. The materials that we use for manufacturing include stainless steels, chrome-nickel steels and super duplex such as 1.4410 or 1.4501, as well as high-temperature nickel-based alloys such as Inconel 2.4856 or Nimonic 2.4952. We boast over ten years of experience, and we manufacture products on two new CNC-controlled machines as well as numerous others. We process all thermoplastic materials and elastomers. Our specialities: PA6T/6I GF 50 FWA with drinking water approval. Conductivity. Materials with anti-slip or flame-retardant properties. In order to manufacture tailor-made and high-quality plastic products, you need to have the right hardware. We have fully equipped die and mould manufacturing facilities where we produce high-quality injection moulding tools. We also use Cimatron E CAD/CAM software to assist us with designing and adapting items for the injection-moulding process
